Decor

  • Room is decorated with large medieval flags and drops
  • Tables are set boardroom style
  • Tables & buffet are draped in flags and decorated with fresh fruit & vegetables
  • Candles placed around the Boma in lanterns
  • All cutlery placed with the King (guests have to request cutlery, butter, salt & pepper from the King)
  • Stocks with a bucket of not so fresh veg - for those who are not joining in the fun.

  • Chunky Beef Broth

Main Course

  • Ye Roast Baron of Beef on the spit
  • The Royal Byrde roasted to perfection served with a cranberry & pecan nut stuffing

The above served with

  • Baked potatoes with sour cream & chives
  • Corn on the Cob
  • Treacle roasted butternut
  • Sugar Snap Peas

Desserts

  • “Let them eat cake” Date & Pecan Nut Cake
  • Sugar coated doughnuts with sticky syrup
